Coronado Farmers’ Market
The Coronado Farmers’ Market take place every Tuesday from 2:30 - 6pm at the Ferry Landing in Coronado (map).
Situated in the parking lot adjacent to Il Fornaio, the market offers a beautiful view of Downtown San Diego, but relatively few vendors. Fortunately the vendors that are there are able to provide a nice mix of fruits, vegetables, eggs, meats, cheese, and of course flowers.
This is one market that is all about fresh ingredients. While the prepared food vendors, craftspeople, and entertainers are noticibly absent at the Coronado Market itself, the surrounding restaurants and shops of the Ferry Landing do an excellent job of filling the void. On it’s own, the Ferry Landing is a great place to take a walk, do some shopping, or just sit and watch the harbor. The addition of the Farmers’ Market feels like icing on the cake.
There is plenty of free parking available.
